Watch
Rated highest for feel and forgiveness; its softest dimension is workability.
You have a straighter stroke and want a high-MOI, premium milled mallet with a pure roll, exceptional forgiveness and clean alignment.
You have a strong-arc stroke or want a compact blade — a slight- or strong-arc blade or a smaller mallet suits you better.
Pros
- Exceptional forgiveness from a high-MOI milled mallet
- A pure, end-over-end roll from Roll Control face milling
- A very solid, premium milled feel and sound
Cons
- A face-balanced mallet offers little arc for a strong-arc stroke
- Premium boutique pricing
- A larger mallet footprint some blade players dislike
By dimension
Forgiveness
ExcellentExceptional — a high-MOI milled mallet with a heavy aluminium flange holds line and speed on strikes struck off the sweet spot.
Distance
ExcellentExcellent speed control — Roll Control milling gets the ball rolling end-over-end at once, so pace holds steady across the face.
Workability
ModestA face-balanced high-MOI mallet built to swing straight back and through — it offers little arc for a rotating stroke.
Feel
Class-leadingSuperb — a milled 303 stainless face over an aluminium body gives the solid, precise, premium sensation Bettinardi is known for.
Sound
ExcellentA crisp, solid milled note at impact — among the best-sounding mallets, clean and precise off the 303 stainless face.
Looks at address
ExcellentClean and premium — a modern milled mallet with clear alignment and a beautifully finished multi-material head at address.
