Relative to category peers · methodologyPros & cons
- Tremendously forgiving - high MOI on both the vertical and horizontal axis, remarkably consistent ball speed and significantly tighter dispersion
- Long and high-launching - testers gained around 10 yards, with a higher flight than many game-improvement irons
- The best sound and softest feel in the game-improvement category, from a dual-cavity construction
- Respectable workability for a game-improver - long irons fly far, short irons spin
- A game-improvement iron - not for players who want a compact, workable players' iron
- Strong-lofted distance, less greenside spin than a players' iron
- PXG's first dedicated game-improvement line - no track record yet
