Relative to category peers · methodologyPros & cons
- The best players-distance iron of both 2023 and 2024 - a rare back-to-back Most Wanted champion, scored 9.6/10
- The most accurate iron tested in 2024 - 1st overall for accuracy
- Top-tier in all three categories - distance, forgiveness and accuracy, it checks every box
- Impressive forgiveness for how clean it looks - toe and heel misses lose only ~7-8 yards, thin strikes stay airborne
- The forged feel is clearly firmer and crisper than the buttery original ZX5
- A players-distance iron - moderately strong lofts, not for traditional gapping or maximum greenside spin
- Less workable and soft than a true players' iron (the ZX7 Mk II)
