Relative to category peers · methodologyPros & cons
- PGA pro testing: 'I feel as though I can do anything with this iron' — top-tier shot shaping with tungsten toe weight positioning CG behind the centre of the face
- Reviewer testing: 'best looking blade from a major OEM and among the best looking irons Cobra has ever made' + Diamonized Black Metal finish
- Five-stage forging process combines for 'one of the softest-feeling player irons you will experience'
- Tour collaboration with Rickie Fowler — tour-tuned muscleback gamed by elite players + 5-step forged 1025 carbon + CNC milled faces and grooves
- Every bit of a player's iron — 'you better have the game for them, even with the added forgiveness'; high-HCP buyers cannot use these
- Pure muscleback distance trails game-improvement peers by 10-15yd — 34° 7-iron loft with no speed-enhancing tech limits absolute carry
- Not the most forgiving iron — forgiveness is intentionally traded for shotmaking and feel
- Now 5+ years old — superseded by 2023 KING CB/MB + 2026 KING Tour/MB line; available only second-hand or in clearance
