Relative to category peers · methodologyPros & cons
- A genuinely long players-distance iron - one to one-and-a-half clubs longer than a players' blade through the bag
- A forged maraging-steel thin face on a stable, tungsten-weighted body for ball speed and consistent high launch
- Good forgiveness from strong perimeter weighting (tungsten in the toe and shaft tip)
- A compact players' shape with a modest top line and minimal offset
- A players-distance iron - less workable than a true players' iron (the i230)
- Strong lofts for distance - not for traditional gapping
- A firmer, faster feel than a forged cavity-back
