Relative to category peers · methodologyPros & cons
- No better feel in golf on center contact — 'feels like butter' single-piece 1025 forged muscleback
- Total control of ball flight — low/high/fade/cut without exaggerated swing changes
- Single-piece forged muscleback + adjustable back-weight screw + 20V grooves for spin consistency
- Tour-validated — tour staffer endorsement: 'simply the best feeling irons ever put in the bag' + 4.8/5 (95% recommended) rating
- Extremely unforgiving classic tour blade — mishits punished gravely by distance loss + poor feel
- Lowest total distance in the Apex 21 line — pure blade trades distance for control
- Narrow fit — best suited for consistent ball-strikers who hit centre-face 95%+ of the time
- Now 4 years old — though blades age slowly, the Apex MB has been superseded by Apex MB 24
