Forgiveness
Exceptional for the shape - tremendous forgiveness in a more traditionally shaped head via a 232g anodised-6061 cap and a first 80g tungsten stability bar that wraps around the back and side, with extreme perimeter weighting. Among the most forgiving mid-mallets, in a classic half-moon profile.
Distance
A standout - the Pure Roll 2 insert uses aluminium beams at a 45-degree angle to improve topspin across the face, the same insert as the Spider GT for a consistent roll. Among the better putters for distance control.
Workability
Moderately workable - a short-slant hosel that combines with the perimeter weighting to generate 21 degrees of toe hang for moderate face rotation, and a single-bend hosel that is face-balanced for a straight-back, straight-through stroke. A high-MOI mid-mallet that suits a slight arc via the short slant.
Feel
Soft and consistent - the Rollback uses the same Pure Roll 2 insert as the Spider GT, giving nearly identical feel, a soft, responsive strike. Among the better putter feels - a soft, grooved insert.
Sound
A soft, muted note - the Pure Roll 2 insert gives a soft impact, a dampened acoustic. A clean, muted note.
Looks at address
Clean and confident - a classic half-moon design with a raised, curved centre section the same width as a golf ball and three contrasting black sightlines, a confidence-inspiring traditional shape. A clean, traditional mid-mallet.
