Best for

You want the best-feeling, most consistent milled wedge in the line with a grind to match your turf - now far more approachable at around £280.

Avoid if

You need a budget wedge or the very lowest lofts in the C/BP grinds - the forged 0311 line costs far less.

Pros

  • Best-feeling wedges tested in 2024 - a feel that mixes soft and solid in an extraordinary way
  • Golf Digest 2025 Hot List - and a 2025 robot-test consistency standout with tight launch and spin windows
  • Increased MOI (8g redistributed) - the BP grind is ultra-forgiving
  • Three grinds (BP/S/C) and wider grooves for elite spin - at around £140 less than the Sugar Daddy II

Cons

  • C and BP grinds limited to the higher lofts (54-60° / 58-60°)
  • Chrome finish marked up after just 18 holes
  • Still premium pricing - around £280-330 per wedge

Forgiveness

The most forgiving Sugar Daddy yet - window cutouts redistribute 8 grams for increased MOI versus the Sugar Daddy II, giving more forgiveness with consistent spin, start line and distance even from less-than-optimal shots, the BP grind ultra-forgiving and mimicking some of the most forgiving wedges. A genuine step up in miss-tolerance, especially in the BP grind.
