Relative to category peers · methodologyPros & cons
- One of the most forgiving hybrids Ping has ever produced — tungsten back weight + Facewrap + Spinsistency combine for class-leading retention
- First Ping hybrid with Facewrap Technology — maraging face extends into crown and sole for face-wide ball speed
- Undoubtedly one of, if not, the straightest hybrid on test in 2021
- Broader 6-loft ladder (17°/19°/22°/26°/30°/34°) vs G410's 5 — adds the 7H 34° for steeper iron-replacement gapping
- Isn't quite the longest — eight yards back from the longest in 2021 ClubTest distance
- GI design with tungsten back CG produces straight high-launch flight, not shape-shifting
- Now 4 years old (2021 release) — superseded by G430 (2023) and G440 (2025) generations
- No movable weight system — adjustability limited to Trajectory Tuning 2.0 hosel + the loft ladder
