CaddyIndex™ breakdown — what the agentic research found across each of the six performance dimensions, with cited sources.
You're a mid-to-high handicapper who wants one of the most forgiving, easiest-launching hybrids - great from the rough - at a value price.
You want loft/lie adjustability, a lower penetrating flight, or maximum distance.
Pros
- One of the most forgiving hybrids of 2025 - a PKR-360 AI face with multiple sweet spots that hold ball speed on toe, heel, high and low strikes
- Easy, high launch that lands softly and escapes the rough with ease
- A larger hitting surface and lower CG add measurable speed, forgiveness and stability over the 2023
- Outstanding value - one of the best-value hybrids of 2025 at around £220
Cons
- No adjustability - a bonded head with no loft or lie tuning (the main drawback)
- Not the longest on test - built for forgiveness and a soft-landing flight over raw distance
By dimension
Forgiveness
Among the most forgiving of 2025 - one of the most forgiving hybrids tested, built on the PKR-360 AI face that adds multiple sweet spots to hold ball speed on toe, heel, high and low strikes, with a custom 455 face and extended low-toe area maintaining speed on off-centre hits. A clear step up on the already-forgiving 2023.
Distance
Good, not class-leading - not the longest on test, though the 22-degree model produced ball speeds just under 145 mph with a very high 13-degree launch for a soft landing. Solid distance, prioritising a stoppable flight.
Workability
A forgiving all-rounder, not a shaper - the slightly more compact, neutral head is built for straight, consistent, high-launching results, and the head is bonded with no loft or lie tuning. Moderate workability for the category.
Feel
Lively - the Dynapwr hybrid feels lively through impact, with responsiveness that pleases. A clear, energetic feel, a small step up on the 2023.
Sound
Acceptable and improved - no acoustic complaints for the 2025 model, with the 455 steel face giving a clean, lively note, a step up on the below-average sound of the 2023. A reasonable acoustic.
Looks at address
Clean and compact - a slightly more compact, confidence-boosting profile that sits well behind the ball. A sharp, value-tier look.
